Turning 20 again

I'm well on my way to my goal of making each of the kids a quilt for Christmas. This is Ashton's quilt top. The pattern is Turning Twenty...Again, designed by Tricia Cribbs.
This is a very easy quilt. It is made up of 20 fat quarters, and best of all, there is no need to worry about matching seams.
What do you think of the color choices? Not something I would normally pick, but all in all I love the combination.
All of the fabric choices were based around this fabric: Michael Miller's Zoology print. This is the one print Ashton chose because he loves animals so much. I went with black and white, oranges and lime green. I pulled in the turquoise and went from there. I was able to snag quite a few selections from my stash, probably about half. The zoology print will be the back of the quilt, and I think I'm going to choose one of the turquoise prints for the binding. I'm not going to do any sort of border.
I'm sending this off to a local quilter to be quilted (as I am still working on binding Ava's;)
Of course I will be sure to show you the finished product!
I hope you're having a terrific Tuesday!
